AT A GLANCE

Considered to be one of the finest producers in the Mâconnais, Domaine Cordier is located in the village of Fuissé, managing a unique mosaic of over 100 individual plots, spread over 30 hectares and 8 villages. Cordier and his team work the vineyards organically, with several of the plots so small that they are plowed by horse. The wines benefit from long aging on the lees with barrels, toasted in-house and selected from only the best, finely textured French oak. With growing demand and prices throughout Burgundy, these finely tuned Chardonnays fermented with native yeast, represent exceptional value, terroir, and pleasure. Practicing organic.
