AT A GLANCE

We are excited to present to the U.S. this tiny nomadic project from Joanna Dubrawska. Formerly with COS down in Sicily, Joanna is now making wine with the Cazottes family in a remote part of France known as the Sud-Ouest (or South West). Joanna, utilizes natural techniques like biodynamic farming, spontaneous yeast fermentation, amphora, and no additional sulfur when possible. She has made wines from Sicily, the Gaillac southwest French region, and now with this new vintage, the Savoie region, near the boarder of Switzerland.
