Chardonnay

Uco Valley, Mendoza

Chardonnay

The Chardonnay fruit shows bright, white stone fruit and soft citrus flavors with a touch of tropicality. The very cold nights help to retain natural acidity for a lively palate and a crisp, clean finish.

POINTS OF INTEREST

A versatile white wine for the table. Serve with traditional dishes like empanadas (especially Jamon y queso) or lighter dishes such as grilled vegetables, poached salmon, or a farro salad.

“Stone Soil” Malbec

Uco Valley, Mendoza

Malbec

The aromas are full, with savory, black and red cassis, undertones of cedar, and a firm minerality. A refreshing, medium-bodied wine with approachable tannins and a balanced finish expressing savory herbal notes and lingering sapidity. Aged in neutral oak for 9 months.
