Classified with DOCG status, Fiano from the region of Avellino is a fine example of great white wine production in Italy. Apparent on the nose are aromas of peach, honeysuckle, candied fruit, chamomile, and Mediterranean scrub. A soft, round palate gives way to a mineral salinity and honeycomb, followed by a persistent finish with notes of hazelnut.

The Fiano grape has grace and subtlety, a sophisticated variety that has piqued the interest of sommeliers around the world. The classified DOCG region comes from a small area with an average elevation of 1700 feet a.s.l on volcanic soils.
