Pinot Noir

Uco Valley, Mendoza

Pinot Noir

Perfect for hot days and a little chill, this Pinot Noir is filled with crunchy red fruits, red flowers, and a delicate color. A light bodied wine with bright freshness and a touch of cedar in the finish.

POINTS OF INTEREST

For fans of the “vin de soif” style (The fancy French expression used about wines that are easy-drinking, Thirst quenching is also accurate description). Aged 6 months in oak with native yeast fermentation, this wine fits in perfectly with the light-bodied reds with high acid that are so fun to drink.

“Stone Soil” Malbec

Uco Valley, Mendoza

Malbec

The aromas are full, with savory, black and red cassis, undertones of cedar, and a firm minerality. A refreshing, medium-bodied wine with approachable tannins and a balanced finish expressing savory herbal notes and lingering sapidity. Aged in neutral oak for 9 months.

POINTS OF INTEREST

Sourced from the Altamira district in the Uco Valley at over 4,000 feet, Altamira has Mendoza’s most unique soil profile, with a patchwork of sand, silt, and stone soils. The “Stone Soil” Select Malbec is made entirely from Malbec grapes from these patches of stone that increase intensity in the wine.
